Project Overview

Supported a series of marketing campaigns by Nanyang Polytechnic aimed at encouraging adult learners to enrol in skills-upgrading and lifelong learning programmes, in alignment with Singapore’s national workforce development initiatives.

As the institution’s marketing efforts had traditionally focused on student admissions, there was a limited library of original visual assets available for campaign use. To address this gap, I led the photography direction and casting process by identifying and engaging NYP staff members to participate as talents for marketing collateral production.

Working within a tight budget, the entire production process was managed in-house, including talent coordination, shoot logistics, creative direction, and post-production photo editing. The project successfully produced authentic and relatable marketing visuals that strengthened the campaign’s outreach and supported the institution’s promotional efforts for adult education programmes.
